DISARM
The
DISARM
command prevents the Analyzer488 from sending an event status
message to the serial host, even when an
ARM
ed condition occurs. A user's program
can still check for the events by using the
STATUS
command.
If the
DISARM
command is issued without specifying any events, then all event
message reporting will be disabled.
The
ARM
command must be used to re-enable the event responses after the event
occurs.
This command does not have a query option although
ARM?
may be used to see
which events have been armed.
